PAYMENT OPTIONS
• Player Fees are generally non-refundable
• Uniform costs are not included
• You will choose a payment plan at the time of registration. If you sign up for a payment plan you must have a credit card on-file.
• There is a $15 late fee for all payments received after the scheduled due date. We encourage automatic bill pay to avoid late fees.
• There is a $30 fee for all returned checks or denied automatic transactions
• Payments not received on time will result in the pulling of the player’s pass, making the player ineligible to participate in team activities including training and league/ tournament games
• Credit card payments will not be accepted over the phone
• The Board of Directors and Management structure fees to ensure a quality product.

Release Fee: Release fee of $250.00 is required for all players to be released from Miami United FC Academy prior to the end of the seasonal year. After December 1st, all releases will be issued at the discretion of the Director of Soccer.

Scholarship/Financial Aid: Financial aid applications are due at the time of player registration. A scholarship application will be available upon request. Please consult with Director of Soccer prior to registration. All applications must be completely filled out and income verification must be submitted with the application. Scholarship approval may take up to 2 weeks. No player will be registered with Miami United FC Academy until their scholarship application has been approved and the scholarship contract is signed by parent/guardian along with submission of initial payment.
