Coach Ria brings a combination of extensive practical experience and vast academic knowledge. Coach Ria earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida where she studied sport management and began her coaching education while working with the Gator soccer team. Following her time at UF she pursued various coaching licenses and went on to complete her master’s in Recreation and Sports Science with an emphasis on soccer coaching. As a coach, Ria has worked with both genders, all ability levels, and age groups during the years. Most recently, she worked as the head coach of an NCAA DIII program and an associate head coach of an NAIA institution. She is also a guest lecturer for the Ohio University Master’s Program and an instructor of a Coaching Education at St. Vincent & the Grenadines Community College.
